Group Policy Task Force, GPTF.ORG, formed

Special Operations Software is proud to announce the birth of GPTF.ORG, Group Policy Task Force. Together with Microsoft, Quest and seven other leading Group Policy vendors Special Operations Software is a founding member of this non-profit organization whose main goal is to form common standards for Microsoft Windows Group Policy Management.

In the press release, Michael Dennis, the Group Policy Lead Program Manager at Microsoft says “Now that vendors, and Microsoft, are in discussions, we can better understand where our customers’ true needs are and what they want next with Group Policy.”
