Specops Remote Admin, chocked full of additional powerful features, is the commercial version of the already popular Specops Gpupdate which allows Active Directory administrators to specifically target Group Policy updates as they see fit.

• Restart computers - Restarts computers so that Group Policy settings that require a boot will apply
• Windows Update Client Refresh - Makes sure the latest patches apply directly to the computers

The commercial version, Specops Remote Admin, provides additional features and functionality not available in the free download of Specops Gpupdate. Those additions include:

• Scheduling - Set up and customize any command through Windows Task Scheduler to automatically run according to your desired schedule
• Full automation support through Windows PowerShell allows you to use your own PowerShell scripts
• More features including: Ping, Send Message, Read Remote Registry, Run Executable, Run Executable Remotely, Start Event Viewer, Start Explorer, Start Remote Desktop and Start Remote Assistance
