The new versions include:
- Real-time reporting and monitoring of system activity
- Enrollment of users’ mobile numbers for the mobile verification code authentication
- E-mail notification when passwords are about to expire

The password reset reporting dashboard allows help desk personnel to easily monitor the system activity and performance. Different messages can also be sent to different users or groups of users in Active Directory, informing them of various events. These new features provide users with a greater sense of security when using Specops Software’s password self-service solution.
Specops Password Reset integrates directly with any Windows environment and greatly reduces the number of help desk calls regarding Windows password reset requests.
